Biography of Jean LECLER
Jean LECLER is a French entrepreneur and investor living between France, Dubai and Switzerland.
Self-taught, his favorite fields are hospitality, construction, finance, blockchain and startups.
Childhood
Born on March 3, 1988 in Dijon in France in a very modest family, Jean is a hyperactive child.
During his schooling, he chained dismissals and schools then left school at the age of 14.
In order to channel his energy, he began the practice of cycling. He went on to win to make podiums at the France championships in the junior categories.
Professional
At the age of 16, without a diploma, he announced to his parents that he was going to live in Switzerland to work with the World Cycling Centre in Aigle.
After 2 years in the world of cycling, Jean LECLER decided to leave this environment for the hotel industry. He begins by cleaning the dishes in a 5-star hotel near Montreux. He quickly rose through the ranks and became deputy manager of the hotel in just 2 years.

Hospitality/construction:
From 2008 to 2018, Jean LECLER worked closely with the Kempinski Hotels Group (With a history of more than 120 years, the Kempinski Hotels Group is the oldest luxury hotel group in Europe.)
As a consultant, his role for the Kempinski Hotels Group was to oversee the projects. Jean LECLER contributed to the management of the teams by working with the vice-president and the architect of the hotel group. He has participated in the renovation, construction or pre-opening of 5-star superior hotels. it closely follows several projects such as:
- Hotel Ishtar, Dead Sea, Jordan.
- Baltschug, Moscow, Russia.
- Grand hôtel des bains, Saint-Moritz, Suisse.
- Emirates Palace, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.

In 2008, Jean LECLER developed with a Geneva developer the hotel project Du Parc Kempinski Private Residences, now the Pelerin Palace, in Mont-Pèlerin in Switzerland.
In 2022 Jean LECLER creates the hotel group P.A.L.A.C.E. (P.A.L.A.C.E is the first tokenized hotel group in the world) The group offers to buy shares in luxury hotels in the form of a token. This innovative solution facilitates access to luxury real estate investment. The Pelerin Palace is the group’s first tokenized project. More luxury hotels will be available soon. In Switzerland, London, Paris, Dubai or Moscow.
Finance/blockchain :
From 2013 to 2017, Jean LECLER trained alone in trading on the financial markets.
He specializes in purely technical SMC trading on ultra-short time units with volatile assets adored by institutions. He becomes profitable on the markets at the beginning of 2017 and multiplies the same year its portfolio by 5 by taking advantage of the crypto bull run of late 2017.
During the years 2018 and 2019, he continues to perfect his knowledge in the world of blockchain and cryptocurrencies. He began managing funds for his friends and early clients through PAMM accounts in Australia.
In January 2020, it started the Nala International Invest Bank project in Dubai with the aim of being the first investment bank in crypto and blockchain assets in the United Arab Emirates. His desire was also to bring together interested investors to finance, monitor and develop startup projects around the blockchain and make cryptos legal in the country.
In 18 months, the company will have under management about $ 1.2 billion in funds, then close in January 2022 having not received the validation of its private banking license with the state and being copied the idea by a close to the state at the same time.
In 2022, he founded Blockapital in Paris with the aim of taking over what worked with Nala International Invest Bank and relying on partners already licensed or accredited by the AMF and ORIAS.
The company’s first major project is the Pelerin Palace in Mont-Pèlerin under the management of the Swiss Confederation. The objective is to bring together investors, tokenize and relaunch the palace with the P.A.L.A.C.E. group.
